  • Is paying easy?

    Yes, we clean on the weekends.

  • What suppliers will be used?
    Our maids will bring all the cleaning supplies to make your home sparkle. If you prefer that they use a specific cleaning item of yours, please let them know and email us so we can make sure everything goes perfectly.
  • Can you clean if I’m out of the house?
    Our teams can clean with you at home or not. It is your preference. Please let us know when you book what you prefer and we can make the proper arrangements.
  • How long does a cleaning take?
    Below is a general guide to how long it usually takes. It really depends on your home and how much cleaning is necessary. If you have any constraints, please contact us to let us know and we can work with you.
    • 1 Bedroom – 1 hr. 30 min
    • 2 Bedroom – 2 hr. 30 min
    • 3 Bedroom – 3 hours
    • 4 Bedroom – 4 hours

    Everything is good to go! If there are any scheduling conflicts, we will contact you quickly to find the next best time for you. Also, you will receive a speedy confirmation between business hours.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, there will be a $20 charge.
