Terms and Conditions
Only one discount code is allowed per booking. The same discount code cannot be used twice at the same address no matter the date and time. Discount codes may be passed to others to use. Codes valid until they expire and cannot be used with other discounts.
Flat Rate Pricing
We reserve the right to add monies to the final price of cleanings. If considered as too much, outside the scope of service, or inappropriate to the size of the house at the time of booking. For example, if a 2-bedroom cleaning is booked but when our cleaning team arrives and it is a 4-bedroom house, you will have a choose to move to a 4-bedroom cleaning or cancel the booked service.
If you are not happy with the service we provided and offered us a chance to make it right, we will refund you an amount equal to the work not completed.
If our team arrives and feels unsafe by the sheer amount of items in the house that falls outside the scope of service, we hold the right to refuse service.
To cancel recurring service, you must wait until after two billable cleanings have occurred.
Right of Refusal
We retain the right to refuse service to any booking. We will work with you to resolve any issues and move towards a resolution that will benefit both parties.
All complaints and requests for redo service must be given to us by 48 hours after service has been completed. Please email email@example.com with these requests. Customer name, time and date of service, address of cleaning, contact information, and a detailed description of complaint.
Please secure all pets in a kennel or pet enclosure. We are not responsible for any pets running away through open doors, etc.
Please inform us of any time constraints you have. We will make every attempt to bring on extra help to complete the service with advanced warning. We are not responsible for unfinished cleanings if unrealistic time expectations are placed by the customer. We will always clean until the job is finished but cannot be held responsible for not enough time being booked.

Changing Time and Service

Lock Out Fee – There will be a $40 fee if our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the home. You must inform us of the location of the key if you are not home or you must be home for the cleaning.
Late Cancellation Fee – You will be charged a $20 fee if you cancel a cleaning less than 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to occur.
Return Credit Card or Check – For every failed check or credit card transaction, there will be a $30 fee.
If we damaged or break an item during the cleaning, a report must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after the cleaning. The following information must be noted in the email. What exactly was damaged, the Fair Market Value of the item, photos of the item in question. We will not be able to file a claim if a report is not submitted to the above email address within 48 hours.
